My comments are in red. This came from a Libertarian who feels that the united States are gradually becoming communist as based on the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto that Karl Marx used to judge whether a nation was becoming communist. Read the 10 planks and judge for yourself.

Karl Marx describes in his communist manifesto, the ten steps necessary to destroy a free enterprise system and replace it with a system of omnipotent government power, so as to effect a communist socialist state. Those ten steps are known as the Ten Planks of The Communist Manifesto… The following brief presents the original ten planks within the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx in 1848, along with the American adopted counterpart for each of the planks. From comparison it's clear MOST Americans have by myths, fraud and deception under the color of law by their own politicians in both the Republican and Democratic and parties, been transformed into Communists.
Another thing to remember, Karl Marx in creating the Communist Manifesto designed these planks AS A TEST to determine whether a society has become communist or not. If they are all in effect and in force, then the people ARE practicing communists.
Communism, by any other name is still communism, and is VERY VERY destructive to the individual and to the society!!
The 10 PLANKS stated in the Communist Manifesto and some of their American counterparts are...
1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.
Americans do these with actions such as the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management (Zoning laws are the first step to government property ownership) If I own property am I free to do with it what I will? This is not possible here because of zoning laws. Also it is not really my property because the government makes me pay taxes on the property. They could raise taxes so high that I would no longer be able to pay then they could seize my property.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
Americans know this as misapplication of the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The

Social Security Act of 1936.; Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State "income" taxes. We call it "paying your fair share". Now 40% or more of Americans do not pay income tax. The top 2% pay over 50% of the taxes
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
Americans call it Federal & State estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes. The so called death tax or estate tax allows the government to take 50% or more of a person’s estate after they die unless they take certain precautions. My parents had an estate worth approximately ½ million about 10 years before my father’s death. In order to avoid a tax of 250 thousand my parents began turning over the estate to us, and our children 10% every year. The last transfer occurred the year of his death.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
Americans call it government seizures, tax liens, Public "law" 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of "terrorists" and those who speak out or write against the "government" (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process. Asset forfeiture laws are used by DEA, IRS, ATF etc...).
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
Americans call it the Federal Reserve which is a privately-owned credit/debt system allowed by the Federal Reserve act of 1913. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) another privately-owned corporation. The Federal Reserve Banks issue Fiat Paper Money and practice economically destructive fractional reserve banking. I have perhaps hundreds of pages and hours of links related to this point. Essentially the very rich elites that rule and own the banks create money and determine interest rates. The national government does not even create money. If they need extra money they have the Federal Reserve create it then the Federal Reserve charges the United States government interests on the money that it borrows! That is where our yearly deficit and National Debt come from. Who is stuck paying the interests to these hidden elites that generate these loans? We the tax payers of course. Does this give you some idea of how credit works in our system?
6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.
Americans call it the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated through the ICC act of 1887, the Commissions Act of 1934, The Interstate Commerce Commission established in 1938, Te Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, and Executive

orders 11490, 10999, as well as State mandated driver's licenses and Department of Transportation regulations. Our news organizations on radio and T.V. are becoming more centralized and are owned by fewer and fewer individuals. Much news is not reported and certain subjects are taboo to talk about as was the case in the communist countries.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
Americans call it corporate capacity, The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture… Thus read "controlled or subsidized" rather than "owned"… This is easily seen in these as well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations. In a 2009 or 2010 agricultural bill that I believe was eventually passed buried deep in the bill were provisions allowing the government to regulate vegetable gardens people grow for their own personal use. When I talked to a few stores such as the Food Conspiracy here in Tucson they did not think this was such a big deal although I feel that it is not the Federal government’s job to regulate my vegetable garden! If someone else tells us how to grow food on our own property, is it our property? Out west much of the land is already owned by the government.
8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
Americans call it Minimum Wage and slave labor like dealing with our Most Favored Nation trade partner; i.e. Communist China. We see it in practice via the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two "income" family. Woman in the workplace since the 1920's, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Federal Public Works Program and of course Executive order 11000.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country.
Americans call it the Planning Reorganization act of 1949 , zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public "law" 89-136. These provide for forced relocations and forced sterilization programs, like in China.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of

children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.
Americans are being taxed to support what we call 'public' schools, but are actually "government force-tax-funded schools " Even private schools are government regulated. The purpose is to train the young to work for the communal debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based "Education" . These are used so that all children can be indoctrinated and inculcated with the government propaganda, like "majority rules", and "pay your fair share". WHERE are the words "fair share" in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26)?? NO WHERE is "fair share" even suggested !! The philosophical concept of "fair share" comes from the Communist maxim, "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need! This concept is pure socialism. ... America was made the greatest society by its private initiative WORK ETHIC ... Teaching ourselves and others how to "fish" to be self sufficient and produce plenty of EXTRA commodities to if so desired could be shared with others who might be "needy"... Americans have always voluntarily been the MOST generous and charitable society on the planet.
Do changing words, change the end result? ... By using different words, is it all of a sudden OK to ignore or violate the provisions or intent of the Constitution of the united States of America?????
The last 5 years I was in public education I taught curriculum based on what students needed to learn in order to pass the state mandated tests. The state tests drove what I, and my colleagues, taught from Kindergarten through the 12 grade. No longer is teaching both and art and a science but we have become technocrats ensuring students master state and increasingly national standards designed by I don’t know who! How much time I spent on each concept in reading, writing, language arts science, social studies, and math was determined by how important that concept was on the state mandated test..
None are more hopelessly enslaved, as those who falsely believe they are free....
Theoretically we were founded on the following principals:
· Power resides in the people.
· Individual rights are more important than the rights of the state.
· The Federal government’s primary job was to defend the borders, promote commerce and protect the rights of the people.
· People were self reliant and did not rely on the government to fulfill their needs or make decisions for them.

Communism was founded on opposite principles:
· Power resides in the state.
· The rights of the state are more important than individual rights.
· The Federal Government through central planning controls all aspects of the economy and individuals lives.
· People are totally reliant on the government not only to satisfy their needs but people do not take initiative and make their own decisions but rely on others to decide for them.
Look at our nation at it’s founding and observe how it has evolved until the present time. Ask yourself this question, Are the people of the united States closer to that initial government or has our government and people evolved to be more like the people and government envisioned by Karl Marx in his Communist Manifesto? If we are evolving toward communism it is something that should at least be deeply thought through?

A disturbing editorial written by Financial Times Chief Foreign Affairs commentator, Gideon Rachman, entitled “And Now For World Government”, lays out the plan for Global Government. The Financial Times is one of the most respected and widely read newspapers in the world. It seems to be openly advocating the formation of World Government. Gideon Rachman wrote an article in the Financial Times on December 8, 2008, indicating that a world government with state like powers much like the European Union could be formed shortly for 3 reasons. First many issues including pollution, nuclear proliferation, terrorism, drugs and diseases are increasingly difficult to control by nation states and must be confronted on an international global level. Second transportation and communication revolutions have shrunk the world so much that it is much easier for a world wide government to emerge. Finally, the financial crisis and global warming are pushing national governments to consider then embrace global solutions.
President Obama shares this view and calls for the U.S as the world’s only remaining superpower to willingly restrain it’s power and abide by international agreements as expressed in his book, “The Audacity of Hope.” According to this author, Obama places so much faith in relying on the U.N. that he has appointed Susan Rice one of his closest aides to be the ambassador to the U.N.
She emerged from a small think take including Strobe Talbott and John Podesta members of the Manageing Global Insecurity Project that cause for among other things a legally binding Global Warming Treaty created under the auspicies of the U.N. and a 50,000 man U.N. peace force that the U.N. would have first access. Many Europeans see Obama as a great hope to help usher in such a government!

Totalitarianism and It’s Natural Ally Bureaucratic Fiat
Hannah Arendt in a landmark book called The Origins of Totalitarianism described it as a new form of government. Tyranny democracy, oligarchy, monarchy, aristrocracy etc. are forms of government having all been described thousands of years ago by the Ancient Greeks. Totalitarianism a new form of government differs from the other malovent forms that also take away human freedom in that it also regulates all aspects of human life and seeks world dominiation. I can see trends in economics and U.N. institutions where in my view regulations are attempting to regulate more aspects of our lives that I documented in various articles in this file and others. Arendt studied these trends in Nazism and Communism in Russia after 1917. Here is some information about her to establish her credintials.

· She was a Jewish activist that resisted the Nazi’s during and after their rise to power. She was interned in a concentration camp in France and escaped eventually coming to the U.S.
· She covered the Eichman trial in Israel for The New Yorker Magazine eventually writing a highly contreversial book, Eichman in Jerusalem.
· She was the first women to become a full professor of politics on Princeton University. She taught at many other universities including University of Chicago.
· In 1973, the Danish government awarded Arendt its Sonning Prize for Contribution to European Civilization the first women and American to receive the prize.

If you google tyranny through bureaucratic fiat you will find thousands of articles describing this process occurring in various government institutions including the EPA in their regulations concerning carbon, the FCC in passing rules to regulate the internet, the FDA in regulations concerning drugs and food and the recently passed Health Care Bill in 2010. · One of the aspects of totalitarianism she explores in her book, The Origins of Totalitarianism published in 1951, is the role of bureacracy through hidden yet obsessive regulations that conciously or unconciously advances the cause of totalitarianism.
· Perhaps one of her most insightful books was Eichman in Jerusalem where she defines the destinctions between radical evil and banal evil and the immense importance of banal evil for the spread of radical evil to occur. Eichman a lietenant colonel in the German Army was responsible for the transfer of millions of Jews to the concentration camps. Unlike Hitler who displayed radical evil Eichman did not utter anti-semantic slogans or thoughts. In his own mind he simply was doing his duty and following orders. When one blindly follows rules and orders and takes actions without thinking of the consequences of those actions, one is committing banal evil especially when those actions contribute to the unjust harm to others.
· Eichman in Jerusalem was her most contreversial book because she argued that Jewish political leadership as well as the population collaborated with their Nazi oppressors denying the myth of Jewish innocence in The Haulocast.
To reiterate the importance of banal evil in the world consider what might of happened if the citizens of Germany Jews and Gentiles were not held under banal evil’s sway. What would have happened if more Jewish or Gentiles questioned or resisted Hitler’s early prosecution of the Jews? What would have happened if citizens actually asked and investigated the work camps then informed the populaton? Remember the soldiers told the Jews they were going to work camps. What would have happened if members of the Christian Churches actually practice the Christian teachings and defended the Jews?
To demonstrate the power of banal evil at the time consider two things. After the 2nd World War someone challenged Ghandi’s belief in nonviolent action and asked Do

you think that nonviolent force would have worked for the Jews against Hitler?. Ghandi responded that if the Jews nonviolently resisted Hitler from the start things would have been different. The person said, Yes but Hitler would kill them if they resisted. Perhaps but the world then would know what kind of person Hitler was and he would not have gained the power he acquired. The point is very few resisted as he was acquiring his power and perhaps had they resisted, Hitler’s true nature might have been revealed much earlier.
My father tells a story of occupying a town near the end of the war and caring for prisoners of a concentration camp in the town. He confronted the mayor of the town afterward and asked him how he could let such atrocities occur. The mayor denied that his country would commit such atrocities. My father took him and showed him the camp. The mayor could not believe what he saw and returned home and commited suicide. This is the nature and power of banal evil!
Just one more thought concerning Totalitarianism. According to some, radical Islam is much like totalitarianism in that it is intolerant of other religions and it’s precepts attempt to control all aspects of a person’s life. Perhaps it or some kind of New One World Religion similar in nature will evolve that will reinforce world wide totalitarianism.

A persoal observation is my local newspaper has cut back on the number of reporters so many articles are done by others and the newspaper picks up the article. Unless a person is observant they may assume that their local newspaper wrote the article. When a newspaper pickes up articles from others they do not know the reliability of the sources for that article!
· A 1999 Pew Report includes a survey that shows a massive reduction of coverage of key agencies of the government such as the Supreme Court, Social Security Administration, Department of Interior which controls between 5 and 6 hundred million acres of land, and the State Department. Thus corruption, graph or abuse of power is much less likely to be uncovered.
· According to Alliance of Better Campaigns there is a near blackout of local coverage especially in rural areas.
· Media conglamorates are turning into quasi-official partisan press supporting party positios so CNN seems more allied with the Democrats while Fox is allied with the Republicans.

One personal observation I have along the same lines is I felt there was very little debate in Congress, the local press or any of the media such as NPR or talk radio about the wisdom of attacking Iraq. We knew months in advance that we were going to war with Iraq but I felt their was very little discussion about it. To me it seemed like we have become very much like the former communist countries in that regard. Once the dear leader decided to go to war our national legislatures rubber stamped our dear leaders decision. Did anyone else get that impression?

If you watch the 2nd link you can begin to understand how ignorance feeds into tyranny and totalitarianism. Toward the end of the video the question is asked who has the power to declare war. Almost all the people on the street answered the executive branch or president. Our founders did not design the Constitution in that way feeling one man should not have the power to send our soldiers to war and many to their deaths. Originally the Constitution gave the power to declare war to the Congress. All of us through our representatives should have some say in determining when we should send our young to their potential deaths. It is such an important decision that it should not be in the hands of one individual. (The President) In theory the Congress still has the power although recently it has given the president the power to send troops anywhere for emergencies for a limited period of time. Congress then determines if troops should be withdrawn.
In practice this does not work out. Once the President decides troops must be sent then the Congress rubberstamps the decision. As I recall there was very little debate before President Bush committed our troops to invade Iraq.
The larger issue exposed in this video using the above example is that our citizens do not know how our Constitution and how the branches of government are suppose to work!!! If the people don’t know that the Congress is the branch of government that has the power to declare war and why they were given that power, then when Congress gives up that power to the executive branch very few care. The above example illustrates the need for educated informed citizens. There are many others.

This info has been around for decades; unfortunately I know people who are aware of it, but nobody who has actually done it. (Not that I'm a sheep; I'll gladly be the first!) Someone w/ some practical experience with this would be nice so I could pick their brain.... This person supposedly renounced United States Citizenship becoming a Sovereign. Being a Sovereign in the sense of the article, they did not participate in any government programs.

* Doesn't "individual" cover adults?
* Giving up the "right' to vote is fine, and we all know the SS system is going broke so I'm okay with that one too. But what about driver's license and SS card/number? I'm thinking about the practicalities of driving and employment.
* If one decided to do this, to whom would one submit the "declaration" -- just send it in to the respective agency to abrogate the agreement?
If anyone has any info, thoughts, or ideas I would love to hear them..... In essence this article claims the Constitution was actually destroyed in 1871 by Congress and replaced by a perverted Constitution. Congress was forced to do so because of the American Civil War caused the united states to became bankrupt. A new bill is winding its way through the Senate called The Cybersecurity Act which is sponsored by Senator John Rockefeller Democrat of West Virginia. By the way Senator Rockefeller is one of the grandchildren of John D Rockefeller who is one of the instrumental players in setting up our Federal Reserve as it is run today. I have read through much of Senate Bill 773. On the face of it, it does not look too bad. It calls for the President to appoint a committee which Congress and other interested stake holders can give input on who might serve but giving the president final authority over appointing members. This committee would set up an agency to design and regulate internet security.
The committee would design scientifically based standards for improving internet security based on best practices in research for judging businesses internet security and would develop these standards so that a federal agency would then license those companies that work with federal agencies. Small and medium size companies that master these standards would also be eligible for grants or loans from the government to strengthen security based on merit that would be judged by this newly created agency. The Secretary of Commerce would have jurisdiction over the agency.
The rational for such a bill is that enemies both domestic and foreign now threaten to overwhelm the defenses of our nation run through our computers, if we do not impose some sort of national internet security standards.
Libertarian groups and others are most upset with the provision that allows the president to temporarily take over the internet during a cyber emergency. There is plenty of discussion on the internet concerning this possibility.
I am concerned with the licensing and regulation of entities that wish to use the internet. I am primarily concerned with federal control because of the vast corruption that seems to exist in the government and my personal experience with regulations with my own job.

Corruption of Federal employees at the highest level is well known and to refresh your memory I provide a few examples:
· In early American history it was legal for banks to pay the salary of Senators and Congressmen or to pay them bribes. During this time many laws favorable to big banks and their secret investors were passed. By the time such practices became illegal the most important laws favorable to the banks had been passed.
· Louis T McFadden the Republican chairman of the powerful House Committee on Banking and Currency from 1920 -1931 adamantly opposed The Federal Reserve calling it the most corrupt evil institution the world ever conceived impoverishing the people of the United States to the benefit of the international bankers and their foreign agents. There may have been 2 attempts on his life and he died under mysterious conditions in 1936.
· A powerful relationship exists between the Federal Government and the Central Bank (Federal Reserve) that is run by private, secret interests. It is public knowledge that Representative Ron Paul and others have tried to pass a bill through the House of Representatives for decades calling for an audit of the financial books of the Federal Reserve. Despite the fact that trillions of dollars has been given to the Treasury and Federal Reserve, they have refused to tell us what they did with the money or how it was spent. Actually people have been calling for a full audit of the Federal Reserve since it’s inception in 1913 but it has never been done.
· Instead of auditing the Federal Reserve or breaking up too big to fail banks the most recent Financial Reform Package passed by Congress in 2010 protects the largest banks giving them more power. In addition, a consumer protection agency is being housed under the jurisdiction of the Federal Reserve. Judging by past history, the Federal Reserves action’s have not been helpful to consumers.
· Bills passed by today’s Federal legislature are often thousands of pages long and are not fully read by the legislatures who pass them. They are often written or modified by powerful interests rather than by the representatives whom we elected. The Congress and Senate pass bills and they do not know what is in the bills being passed.
· The Federal Government during various times set up various entitlement programs such as Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare. Our taxes were and are used to fund these programs originally with the understanding that when it came time to use the programs the money would be in a trust fund for us to access. However in various parts of the Congressional Record,

it is recorded that our government looted Social Security and other entitlement funds to pay for other government programs.
· In various scandals such as the savings and loans scandal during the Clinton era and the gulf oil catastrophe of the present era, it is well known that federal regulators protected the companies and persons they were suppose to be regulating.
These are just a few events that make me uncomfortable have the Federal Government take care of me or regulate aspects of my life. There is another bill in Congress that would allow corporations to buy up the internet. What happens if government regulators regulate these companies? Will they develop cozy relationships with the corporations that might control the internet in the future? All my life I have followed scandals and one of the biggest complaints was that regulators that had the job of regulating companies often looked the other way. Countless examples also exist of regulators hired from the companies that they regulate then upon completion of their stints as regulators, they go back to work for the companies they regulated. Congressional hearings accuse many interior regulators before the oil gulf spill of not regulating the oil companies and many regulators whom should have been keeping track of the banks and mortgage companies were not doing their job.
The regulatory aspects of this bill concern me for other reasons. The internet is now very democratic. Anybody can set up a website and get their ideas out there. You don’t have to have a lot of money or power. I believe the internet is far more democratic than the main line media allowing a larger exchange of ideas and information. What happens if or when Federal regulators must license companies or individuals before they are allowed to join the internet? Especially if such regulators are swayed by powerful interests that might or wish to control the information on the internet. As a teacher I have had first hand experience with regulations. I discovered early that if I stepped too far out of line my administrator would not complain to me about what I said but would come in a month or two later and tell me I am not following this or that particular procedure or rule. This was done I suppose as an incentive for me to keep my mouth shut! It turns out that the Sunnyside School Board has a notebook over a thousand pages of rules and regulations that apply to the employees of our district. It is not possible to keep track of all the regulations I need to know as a teacher.
So what if some day in the future I decide to participate in the internet and I apply for a license and pay the necessary fees. However my ideas are very controversial and I step on the toes of some important Congressmen, Senators or some of their hidden

powerful constituents. They can’t come out and say I need to be thrown off the internet because my ideas are upsetting them. That would be undemocratic. One of the offended parties could make a call to someone who could make a call to someone at this new agency and say, John has been upsetting some of my constituents with his radical views so could you investigate his website to see if he has broken any regulations. Several months later I would get a letter from the Cybersecurity agency stating that I violated 10 of the 300 rules or regulations that I agreed to in order to obtain my internet license. Because of these violations, charges are going to be brought against me. I could never prove that it was because of my controversial views that brought the regulators to my website. In order to protect myself I would have to hire some internet security lawyer at $100 dollars an hour to defend me against the charges. Maybe I can’t afford to defend myself or the time and emotional strain would be too much so I would just agree to tone down my rhetoric or I would just leave the internet. If that day comes to the internet then the days of freer exchange and access to information will be numbered.

On August 26th Senators realize that a stand alone bill to provide internet security with the kill switch for the President will not pass because of concerns relating to the free flow of information. They are planning to sneak it on to the Defense Appropriations bill because the Senate is likely to pass that bill. They have almost created a omnibus bill combining Lieberman’s and Jay Rockefeller’s Bill which they will try to pass in the next month because they will then go on recess and not return until after the November elections. The Internet Has Your Private Personal Information and What’s More You let Them Have It!
You see, everything we do in life is now done or available on the Internet in the World Wide Web. Whether you are plugged in or not, your information is available for download. And Microsoft is how we access that virtual world (through Windows and it’s sub-programs like Internet Explorer). When we enter all of our passwords, PIN’s, account numbers, our mother’s maiden names… and then we voluntarily record all of our most closely guarded secrets and personal information onto websites like MySpace (which is now owned by Rupert Murdoch’s “Fox” News Corporation, which is a mainstream media company, which again means it’s owned collectively by government,

Web-Based Environment Management (W.B.E.M.) allows Microsoft and other companies and corporations to virtually control and monitor your computer from remote locations through the internet.
The (M.R.U.) Most Recently Used list is an individual usage list, of which there can be many MRU’s running at one time. They record every action you or your computer makes; every thing you download and everything you say. Some of the more advanced applications even record every keystroke made on your keyboard so that it can be reconstructed later. When you hear someone say, ‘My computer is acting so slow’, this is mainly because these M.R.U’s that are currently running beyond your control or knowledge are constantly updating Microsoft and anyone else who’s listening in the background.

In Windows XP (and other versions) – if you click on your Start Button, go to Settings, click Control Panel, then click Administrative Tools, and finally click on Services… you can view some of Microsoft’s so-called “services” that are controlling your computer and your life. Here are a couple examples of these services:
Routing and Remote Access – “Offers routing services to businesses in local area and wide area network environments.” – Sounds harmless, right? But when enabled, this allows corporate advertisers to localize their advertisements to your specific IP (Internet Protocol) location: the geographical area in which your Internet connection is based. This is why you see ads from lonely housewives in your town looking for love and other localized advertisements that amaze you every time you get online. How’d they do that? Well now you know. There is a lot of money involved in this type of information sharing and advertising, as you can imagine. And if you click on one of those localized advertisements, the fact that you did so means more advertisers will be knocking down your virtual door to personalize their own advertisements to you according to what sites you visit and which products you shop for and buy online. This “service” can be disabled, but Microsoft will probably enable it the next time you go online. After all, you gave it permission to do so.
Remote Registry – “Enables remote users to modify registry settings on this computer. If this service is stopped, the registry can be modified only by users on this computer. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.” – The “Registry” on your computer is the program that manages your P.C. It’s like an index or blueprint of all your programs, which tells your computer’s programs and applications what they are allowed and not allowed to do when your computer is turned on. This means that if your ‘remote registry’ is enabled, any Microsoft program can change or alter your registry at any time, because you agreed to this in your E.U.L.A. You effectively gave Microsoft the right to crash your hard-drive beyond repair from a remote location when they don’t like what you are doing. Sucks, don’t it?
Oh… and for those of you who say, “Whew, glad I’m on a Mac!” guess again. Apple is a major corporation with major media outlets and influence on the economy and the citizenry… you bet they are owned by the government through collective government investments! And yes, I get ads from Lonely housewives near me on my Mac as well. And I’m writing this on Microsoft Word for Mac! Oh, the irony…
Now maybe you can understand why government control of such intricately personal aspects of our lives through corporations like Microsoft is such a concern. If a local company is advertising to you through Microsoft’s “services”, you can bet your arse that the government is using these and their own services for much more devious purposes.
So what’s the bottom line? You have absolutely no privacy in anything you do on your computer once you go online! Period.
Michigan Police Extract Cell Phone Data from Citizens /NPR 4/21/2011
Here are some highlights from the report
· When this extraction device is attached to a cell phone it can download text, photos, contacts and other info on your phone. The police are claiming that they are only using the extraction device with the permission of the cell phone user but the American Civil Liberties Union is crying foul.
· The extraction device can connect to over 6,000 devices including smart phones to extract the information on them.

At this point as far as we know, data is not being taken from cell phone users without their knowledge. Police have to take your cell phone away from you or ask your permission to let them down load your information. Once the phone is taken it is hooked up or connected to this device to extract your data.
· At this point the Michigan police are as far as the researcher can tell, are the only ones using this device in the field. However workshops are occurring all over the country in the next few months illustrating how the device can be incorporated into police work. According to the researcher 8 workshops are occurring over the next few months explaining to those who have the devices how they are to be utilized. Since the workshops are offered to those who already have the devices and they cost $1,800 he believed they would not be offered unless there were a lot of people attending.
· This technology is rooted in the cell phone stores because when you buy new phones they have the technology to download the data from your old phone to your new phone.
I have a couple of comments about this. I believe hidden predators and parasites that we have allowed to control us continue to test us to see if they can further enslave us. If we don’t continue to resist their probing then we will lose more freedom and become more hopelessly enslaved. The researcher above stated that he did not believe that the government had devices that could secretly download info from our phones without our knowledge. Anytime I see David Rockefeller’s name on a bill I worry. The black boxes are suppose to be for safety but could they also be used for monitoring? What infuriates me is very few seem to know how much danger we may be in. The elites through their friends in Wall Street and the World Wide Central Banking System are gradually sucking the life out of our economic system along with those through out the rest of the world. Alex Jones and other conspiracy theorists claim that the 134 million armed Americans can topple this cabal. They better be tough as nails because unless we wake up guess who has the money? I can see five or 10 years down the road if we are lucky, the government might just decide that in the interest of societal stability that certain news organizations or malcontents need to be banned or somehow neutralized. Michael Savage is banned from England because of his controversial positions. By that time the way we are going maybe the deficit could be so high that most people are unemployed. Maybe you might decide that you are somewhat sympathetic to my concerns but you have a family to feed so when the government or the U.N. tells you that I am a danger to the good of the nation you will be able to rationalize, “Well I feel bad about turning John in but I have to eat.” Sorry John, I really am sorry!

Recently the Greeks and the French fought in the streets because they know at least at some level who screwed them over and they did not want to submit. Video sent June 27th 2010. My comments are in red. I wondered in the email, Why aren’t we in the streets? We are in far greater danger than we were when we were in Vietnam. Actually we may not be in as much danger as our children. Why aren’t we in the streets? This apathy definitely says something about our collective character or lack of it!
These are some notes about the video.
In September of 2008, the magazine, The American Thinker published James Simpson’s article, “Barak Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis.” It connected then candidate Barak Obama to individuals and organizations practicing a malevolent strategy for destroying our economy and form of government.
The Methodology is known as “The Cloward-Pivan Strategy”. These people are mentioned a lot in conservative circles. The strategy is summarized as follows: The strategy of forcing change through orchestrated crisis.

It seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse! God knows this is happening in many of the public schools. Teachers have been given increasing demands making teaching much more difficult. Each year over the last 15 years of teaching was more demanding than the previous year.
Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven were two life long members of the Democratic Socialists of America who taught at Columbia University. In a May 1966 Nation article titled, “The Weight of the Poor,” the authors proposed to use grassroots radical organizations to push for ever more strident demands for public services at all levels of government.
The results they predicted would be a profound political and financial crisis which would unleash powerful forces for major economic reform at the national level. Cloward and Piven were inspired by radical organizer [and mentor to Hillary Clinton] Saul Alinsky.
· In the 1960s Cloward and Piven targeted the welfare agencies. They enlisted radical Black activist named George Wiley who created the National Welfare Reform Organization (NWRO) to implement the strategy.
· Wiley hired militant foot soldiers around the country to storm welfare agencies to violently demand their “rights”.
· Welfare rolls increased from 4.3 million to 10.8 million in the 1970s.
· In New York City alone welfare cases climbed from 12% to 50% in a decade (150,000 to 1.5 million). This guy forgets to mention that massive amount of corporate welfare or corporate entitlements given by various Federal, State, city and local governments through such things as tax breaks etc.
· Cloward-Piven sent the city into bankruptcy in 1975. Rudy Giuliani former mayor and famous for his organizational and oratory skills during 9/11 aftermath, cited Cloward and Piven by name for being responsible “for an effort at economic sabotage”.
· Cloward-Piven created ACORN and many other radical groups.
· The crowning achievement for the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now (ACORN) was the “Motor Voter Act” signed into law in 1993.
· ACORN was one of the chief drivers of high risk mortgage lending which led to the financial crisis. It then created vast vulnerabilities in our electoral system which Acorn exploited.
· The Motor Voter Law open up another vulnerability in the system: the registration to vote of a vast number of illegal aliens who reliably vote for Democrats.
· This president and this Congress simply do not have the interest of the American people at heart. They are implementing this strategy on an unprecedented scale by

flooding America with a tidal wave of poisonous initiatives, orders, regulations and laws. He speaks of Barak Obama and the present Democratic controlled Congress. However presidents and legislatures from both parties have over time gradually have been increasing spending. Bush #2 started opening the flood gates while Obama has simply completely opened them. Both parties Suck.
· As Rahm Emmanuel said, “A crisis is a terrible thing to waste.”
· In addition to overwhelming the government with demands for service, Obama and Democrats are overwhelming the opposition with a flood of apocalyptic legislation. Their ultimate goal is to leave us so overwhelmed, discouraged and exhausted that we will throw up our hands in defeat. This is not just a democratic issue. Over time administrations and Congress with the tacit approval of both parties have increase spending and increased the complexity of legislation and regulations. Both parties Suck.
· As Barney Frank said, “the middle class will be too distracted to fight.”
· These people have violated countless laws as well as the Constitution. Their spending is off the charts and will drive us into hyper-inflation.
· Obama was elected claiming to be a moderate but since the election, he has taken over the auto industry, health care system and may be in the process of demobilizing our space program and dismantling 1/3 of our nuclear arsenal unilaterally. Many executive orders have been signed by many presidents outlining the conditions under which they can suspend the Constitution and declare marshal law. It won’t be hard now to engineer a crisis so that this can be done quickly!
· The Congressional Budget Office (CBO), estimates that Obama’s proposed budget will add 9.7 trillion dollars to the national debt over the next decade. Soaring deficits will force the Treasury to borrow at prodigious rates forcing the national debt to soar to 20 to 22 trillion dollars by 2020.
· It took 213 years to pile up 6 trillion in national debt from 1789 to 2002.
· It took only 7 years from 2002 to 2009 to double the national debt to 12 trillion.
· The National Debt is slated to double again in 10 years. This debt does not include the unfunded liabilities such as Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare which is estimated to be at about 106.8 trillion dollars.
· History has proven that democracies are always temporary in nature lasting about 200 years. They last up till the time that voters recognize that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that time the majority always votes for the ones who promise the most from the public treasury leading to loose financial policies ultimately leading to bankruptcy and dictatorship.
· The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations is also about 200 years. During that time nations go through the following process: From bondage to spiritual faith, from spiritual faith to great courage, from great courage to liberty, from liberty to

abundance, from abundance to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to government dependency, and finally from government dependency back into bondage. A quote regarding this was attributed to Scottish history professor Alexander Tyler in 1787.
· Many believe we are somewhere between the apathy to government dependency phase with almost 60% of Americans receiving some sort of government care now.
· Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be protected, fought for and handed down to them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children what it was once like in the United States where men were free. I found the article, “The weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty as it was published in the 5/2/1966 issue of the nation which dramatically increased its sales. The Cloward-Pivan strategy was explained in that article by the authors Cloward-Pivan. Here is what I found
· Indeed this is a strategy to create change through orchestrated crisis.
· Their focus was to target and enlist more welfare clients, and teach them their rights under existing law and organize them so they would protect and defend their right’s as the authors perceive their rights.
· They wanted to increase welfare rolls dramatically.
· They predicted that the amount of resources required to give the welfare clients their fare share of income would trigger tremendous crisis at the local, city and state level which would eventually forced the Federal government to pass legislation taking over responsibility for the welfare rolls.
· The Cloward-Pivan strategy according to the video was developed to overwhelm the Federal agencies with impossible demands thus eventually destroying capitalism but this did not seem to be the author’s intent from the article, “The Weight of the Poor. The intent in that article was to use the strategy to overwhelm agencies at local, city and state levels so the federal government would intervene and pass a Federally paid for welfare system that they eventually did. However, perhaps others are employing the strategy now to destroy our country as it is now constructed.
· Cloward and Pivan are or were a husband and wife team and part of the Democratic Socialist Party. One of the planks in their platform was redistribution of wealth so that the power of the poor could be increased.

· Saul Alinsky who authored the book, Rules for Radicals is mentioned in the paper. The authors discussed the need to hire aggressive organizers…”from militant low income organizations like those formed by The Industrial Areas Foundation (that is by Saul Alinsky), and from other groups on the left. These activists should be quick to see the difference between programs to redress individual grievances and a large-scale social-action campaign for national policy reform.
· One of the criticisms of conservatives toward the left is their emphasis on class and class warfare. Reading the article, the author does a historical analysis of various political coalitions and discusses how if the poor class can be united to demand their quote “welfare rights” the only thing a rational democratic administration can do to hold the fragile national democratic coalition together is to pay for welfare using federal dollars. The authors discuss how if the federal government does not intervene then fragile democratic party coalitions of the time (1966) could splinter or shatter in unexpected ways. They claimed that big city mayors are caught between antagonistic working class ethnic groups, the remaining middle class and the rapidly growing ghetto populations arriving from the rural south looking for jobs. If the activists could generate a crisis by organizing the poor to demand livable welfare payments this would force local, city and state agencies into crisis because such high welfare payments would not be popular with their other constituents especially the working classes. Thus the democratic coalition that controlled the Federal government at the time would step in to take over the welfare system.

I come to the following conclusions after reading the above article by the authors. They organized activists to demand welfare rights for the poor in order to place impossible pressures on local and state agencies that did not have the resources on hand to meet the demands of the poor. Democratic party operatives to keep the coalitions of the Democratic Party together push the welfare programs on a federal level through the Congress.
I wonder if some of the Democrats and Republicans are modifying this process to destroy the present economic system to either put in some kind of socialistic system or global governmental system. I can’t see any other reason that they would pass such ambitious health care reform and involve us in 3 or more foreign wars during a great recession or depression when we don’t have the money to pay for these wars unless we indebt our children and grandchildren. It took 200 years to create a 6 trillion national debt. It has only taken 9 years since to add 8 trillion more! I can’t live with myself if I remind quiet.

Well, well, well.... A FOIA request yielded a response stating that they have been destroyed! The docs revealed WHO PROFITTED from airline stock put options placed right before 09/11. Sent Tuesday 6/22/2010.

William Black: How Both Parties Colluded to Pull off the Greatest Banking Heist in Human History
The video below that Bill Moyers did with William Black shows how both parties colluded to bring on the greatest economic meltdown since the great depression. He believes they also colluded to bring off the greatest banking heist in human history. Both parties work in tandem to protect Big Business. I created this discussion on June 8, 2010 and emailed it out on that date. The interview occurred on April 9, 2009.
I have helped usher in an age of tyranny with the help of both political parties. On the Democratic side I can opt for socialism so the government can take care of me by offering me security. When I reflect on Benjamin Franklin’s quote, “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” I think if I go this way letting others care for me then I will loose freedom and liberty. On the Republican side I can opt for corporate fascism. I remember all this talk of free trade and yet many in the world employ slave labor whereas in our country we have union checks and balances so I don’t understand how NAFTA and other programs are encouraging free trade. I was listening to Neil Bortz a popular Libertarian talk show host on 104.1 tell us that we can vastly improve our health care by opening up competition so insurance companies can compete across state lines. This supposedly will bring down costs but in five or 10 years four or five insurance companies will dominate and become too big to fail just like the banks. Under Neil’s vision insurance companies will write many of the Congressional bills just as the Too Big to Fail Banks do today!
If William Black is correct about how both parties worked in collusion to pull off this heist then am I off the wall to wonder if they are enslaving us. Under the Carter administration was born the idea that everyone should have a home so the banks were told to give mortgages to anyone even if they could not afford to pay. My Uncle who was a banker at the time said that the Feds forced the banks to go along with the deal. Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae institutions were created and under the Reagan, Clinton and Bush administrations regulations were reduced or overlooked. Any warm blooded creature walking on two legs could apply and receive loans. With so many toxic loans complicated derivative instruments were created to spread the risk among the lending institutions. Derivatives were bought and sold and price depended on the amount of risk. This of course, lead to greater risk taking by lending institutions. Under Obama, the ones in the financial institutions presided over the creation of the greatest banking heist in human history, according to William Black, the director of the Institute for Fraud Prevention during the Savings and Loans debacle which occurred during the Clinton Administration. Bill Moyers did an interview with William Black on April 3, 2009. One of the problems William discussed was that after the Savings and Loans debacle Congress passed laws to guard against such trouble in the future. Unfortunately not enough money was provided to hire investigators to search out and prosecute fraud or other wrong doing. Now corporations create such complex derivative schemes that it takes hours of painstaking research to understand the derivatives. Often the only ones who truly understand them are the corporations that create them. During the investigations of the most recent criminal activities of the banks that caused far more economic damage to Americans resulting in millions losing jobs and their homes no one has been prosecuted! That raises a huge red flag for me!
So in summary, first, good hearted Democrats wanting to help create laws and regulations so almost anyone can get a mortgage. Government intervenes with banks to change regulations so everyone can get mortgages. Republicans

come along and plead for fewer regulations, because over regulated societies are not as productive as societies where the free market can thrive. They collaborate with Clinton, reduce or ignore regulations so banks create highly complex derivative structures to spread the risks of these highly toxic loans that are not likely to be paid off. The melt down occurs and Obama and the Democrats sweep back into power and promise to increase regulations to reign in the evil bankers and Wall Street interests. The amusing thing about this charade is that I think that the Democrats can help protect us with the regulations but as William Black notes, the government never has enough money to hire the regulators it would need to keep track of these huge companies nor do they have enough manpower or time to comprehend the complexity of these derivatives and often must rely on the creators of the derivatives to tell the regulators the truth regarding their creations. The Republicans will soon sweep back into power on the platform that we are becoming too over regulated. Please do view this video because Black really gives a powerful overview of how our Federal government, through the two political parties work in tandem with big business to protect their interests!
This beautiful system also works in environmental policy. Democrats want laws and regulations to protect the environment. Republicans counter too much regulation stifles profits and creativity. The people who are suppose to be regulating the oil companies working in the gulf often are more interested in protecting the oil companies according to a Congressional investigation of the 2010 gulf oil spill. According to a Washington Post article officials at the Mineral Management Service looked the other way when it came to environmental regulations. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/05/04/AR2010050404118.html Among other things, they exempted BP from an environmental impact study before drilling in the site of the huge accident. You will find this pattern throughout government. One side of the government will pass laws and regulations that supposedly protect us but there is never enough money to give the laws actual teeth or often the individuals hired to protect us are more concerned with protecting the interests of the corporations that they are suppose to be regulating.
How do the parties lead us to tyranny? They protect big business and as big business becomes more powerful, they who are unelected play a greater role in writing and passing legislation through Congress. Congress in collusion with big business and the banks are also bankrupting and enslaving us that will likely also to lead to tyranny. I guess this will continue as long as I and other quietly allow this to continue by constantly voting them into power.
